State by State Class Status The APNGA USDOT HAZMAT Refresher, RSO (Radiation Safety Officer), Annual Employee Refresher classes and the "Do It Yourself" Annual Audit are discretionary and can be used in every state. Always check to make sure if your state has any specific requirements. The APNGA Gauge Safety Certification Class is fully accepted in most states. The "Extended" gauge safety Certification Class must be used in states with a (***) designation. We will update this list as additional acceptance is granted.  State
