This course provides training to a portable nuclear gauge operator and meets the training requirements of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and/or Agreement State regulatory agency.  It is accepted in all 50 states.  It also provides the required USDOT HAZMAT Refresher Training.This course covers all aspects of safely using a portable nuclear moisture-density gauge, including operations, emergencies, radiation, ALARA, handling, shipping, licensing, inspections, inventory, storage, security, dosimetry, radiation surveys, exposure limits, RSO responsibilities, safety, administration, transportation and more.

This class is completely online, saving time and expense of being away from the office.  It is an at-your-own-pace course, making it a productive and efficient learning experience for anyone who works with nuclear gauges.

Upon completion of this course, the attendee receives a serialized certificate to be signed by the Radiation Safety Officer.  Certificates are assigned a verifiable serial number which can be entered at the bottom of the APNGA website for validation.

This course provides the required USDOT HAZMAT Refresher Training for HAZMAT workers/gauge operators.  It covers emergency procedures, transport procedures, security, storage, handling, labeling, shipping, and paperwork administration associated with owning, operating, and handling a portable nuclear moisture-density gauge.

Upon completion of this course, the attendee receives a serialized certificate to be signed by the Radiation Safety Officer.  Certificates are assigned a verifiable serial number which can be entered at the bottom of the APNGA website for validation.

Employees who work with portable nuclear gauges are required to receive annual refresher training.  This class provides the required trainingThis course provides refresher training on gauge operations, safety, operating and emergency procedures, HAZMAT and more.

Upon completion of this course, the attendee receives a serialized certificate to be signed by the Radiation Safety Officer.  Certificates are assigned a verifiable serial number which can be entered at the bottom of the APNGA website for validation.

This course walks step-by-step through the annual audit of your Radiation Safety Program and gauge management.  It is a checklist styled course, ensuring that you remain in compliance and well-prepared for regulatory inspection.

Upon completion of this course, the attendee receives a serialized certificate to be signed by the Radiation Safety Officer.  Certificates are assigned a verifiable serial number which can be entered at the bottom of the APNGA website for validation.
