As part of your training and interaction with APNGA we obviously must collect information such as your personal profile, payment and billing information and email. This information is used to process your payment, recognize you whenever you log-in, issue training certificates and send out newsletters or renewal notices. We may also at times send out press releases or other important notices of information.
You never have to worry about us sharing your personal information with outside 3rd party marketing entities – we don’t do it.Only in a situation where we are required by law, such as a court order or subpoena, official government investigation or other legal requirement in response to a suspected illegal activity will such information be made available and only to those entities.
You will be notified in advance for approval of information transfer during a change of ownership.Please contact us if you no longer wish to receive newsletters or notices. You will still receive any order receipts and confirmations.
